Product Guarantee
At The Casual Cameo our quality products come from reliable, reputable sources and talented artists and we are certain that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We wouldn’t have it any other way! All items are closely inspected before they ship and are guaranteed to be in good, working condition and free from damage and defects.

Return Policy
If, by chance, your order makes it to you in a condition any less than perfect, we want to know about it so we can remedy the situation as quickly as possible. If your product is received broken or in non-working condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will ship a replacement to you as soon as possible, along with a postage-paid return envelope for the broken piece. If the item in question was the last in stock, a re-order from our supplier may be necessary. If this is the case, we will request they expedite the order to get the item to you in as quick a manner as possible.
If you are simply unhappy with your purchase (which we hope will not happen), you may return it to us, at your expense, for a full refund, minus S&H charges and a 15% restocking fee. You must email us within 3 days of receipt of your order for authorization of your return and return shipment must be received within 15 business days. All returned items must be unused, in original condition and undamaged to receive a refund. Upon receipt of returned items, refunds will be issued using the same form of payment used at purchase. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

Order Cancellations
Should you choose to cancel your order for any reason before it has shipped, a refund will be issued in the same form of payment in which it was purchased. If the order has already shipped, it will have to be handled as a return (please see Return Policy). There will be no exceptions to this policy.
