Vintage "Golden Cameo" Matches - 1 Canister
These
vintage "Golden Cameo" matches are a very rare find indeed!
Made in Italy, reportedly in
the late 1800's to early 1900's, the cameo match canisters each stand just over 1
1/2 inches tall but make a very BIG statement.
Each gold colored canister is adorned
with 3 exquisitely detailed, classic portrait cameos on 3 different colored backgrounds (red, blue and
brown or green). Each of the 3 cameos are different and equally as beautiful. The removable tops have a clear plastic window lid and the little wax
matches
have gold tips. The bottoms have strikers that show some sign of use,
however, all 45 matches are present and accounted for.
There are no visible signs of damage. These are in near-mint condition considering their age.
Canister will be selected at random. We will, however, try to honor any special requests if available.
